Deidre Heindl has been creating mixed media art since she was a child playing with clay from the lake and adding shells, mosses, and other found objects. She received a camera when she was very young, worked at expanding her skills, and had her first paid photo job at age 13. She graduated from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art Photography, but while there took classes in welding, ceramics, and painting, allowing her to enhance her photography and other creative pieces.

She has photographed everything from weddings and Bat/Bar Mitzvahs to live bands and other portraits, but she always preferred photographing wildlife. Her wildlife photography was shown at the Nature Center at Ding Darling on Sanibel Island, FL. Her work was published in a cover collage for National Wildlife Magazine. Today, she combines her love of wildlife and nature with her love of creating unique, one-of-a-kind, mixed-media artwork.

Randy Laukshtein grew up around many artists and creative people who inspired him as an artist and musician. He was always—and still is—experimenting with things around him to create art in various genres. He also discovered a love for music at a young age and performed with numerous bands playing guitar and Bass guitar, which brought him into the band “St. Madness”, with which he traveled the country.

After serving in the Navy, he saw an airbrush artist at work and wanted to try it. He bought an airbrush and taught himself to use it. Over time, he had the opportunity to work with professional artists who helped elevate his skills. From there, he worked his airbrush magic on everything from T-shirts and murals, to Award-winning show cars featured in magazines such as Truckin', Mini Truck, and Low Rider, creating custom artwork for clients world-wide. These days, his focus is custom artworks--designing, cutting, stretching, gessoing, painting, and adding custom carved woodwork to create amazing, one-of-kind pieces that cannot be found anywhere else.

An avid fisherman, Randy wrote a comprehensive book about Snook fishing called Fishing for Snook: Landing a Linesider.
